Hints and Tips

We will be looking at focus stacking. I'll show you how to collect a focus stack and process it.

We'll also be looking at what focus stacking can and cannot do for you.

Bring your camera, a tripod, and the closest focusing lens that you have to Hints and Tips. I'm going to bring some Lego and you can take a set of images to focus stack. If you want me to try to stack it there and then I can read SD cards, for anything else you'll have to bring a card reader or a suitable USB cable so that I can plug your camera into my laptop and extract the images that way.
