We will meet at The Red Lyon, The Street, Slinfold, West Sussex  RH13 0RR at 10:30am.

The Red Lyon is lovely venue in Slinfold village, which is between Horsham and Billingshurst.

The landlord, Martin, is opening early for us so we can meet for tea, coffee and cakes from 10.30 onwards. It is dog friendly, so pooch can come too. There is plenty of parking space - the car park is down the side of the pub.

I am hoping for a good turn out!

For those who wish to stay on for lunch, I can vouch for the food, having dined there a couple of times - just part of the service scouting out coffee club venues!

Slinfold is a delightful village and for those of you who enjoy photographing churches, churchyards and, dare I say cemeteries, the village church is nearby together with many past residents.

The best route is to approach along the A29, Stane Street. Coming from the South, proceed straight on at Five Oaks (Audi garage), proceed for a couple of miles then Slinfold is signed to the right. Then follow the road into Slinfold, past the Church and then you reach the village shop and the Red Lyon Inn.  Alternatively you can enter Slinfold from the A24 Horsham Road but that is longer and busier.

(Note: on the A29 - if you reach Random Hall on the left, then you have missed the right turn to Slinfold by 100yds or so - it is signed but the sign is not huge and there is a high hedge just before the sign, so you could miss it if you are not concentrating.)
