Meet at Pulborough Garden Centre at 11:30am.
Would you please confirm whether or not you wish to attend and at the same time would you please confirm your menu choices. I am keen to place our order with the garden centre in early October, so that we can be sure of getting the date and time we want, Tuesday 12 December, 11.30am for 12.00pm. (You must forgive that I have moved the date back a week to suit my own availability.)
Note that at the time of booking I have to pay a £5 (non refundable) deposit for each person attending. I will pay this and you can reimburse me at camera club meetings. You then pay the balance of £10.99 to the garden centre on the day.
I also summarise the menu choices here, though more detail is given on the attached menu card.
Main Courses:
- Traditional roast crown of turkey wrapped in smoked bacon
- Slow roasted beef with sea salt and black pepper crust
- Haddock in a creamy Béarnaise sauce
- Carrot Wellington with spiced marmalade (vegetarian option)
Deserts:
- Traditional Christmas pudding
- Chocolate Brownie Obsession
- Raspberry, Cranberry and White Chocolate Trifle
- Sticky Toffee Biscoff Cake
- Tea or coffee
Vegan options are also available.
Once I have your menu choices I will put them into a spreadsheet which I will circulate for you to check before formally placing our order with the Garden Centre. (Additions and changes are possible after that but please keep changes of menu choices to a minimum. I will re-confirm final numbers and choices to the garden centre a few days before.)
