A room has been reserved specially for us; they have my name and also Storrington Camera Club.
Dogs are permitted in the room reserved for us.
There is ample parking; there being two carparks, one down the side of the hotel and, the other, a free public carpark on the other side of the road, almost directly opposite the hotel.
Tea and coffee will be available (£2.00 charge) and they told me they would ask the chef if he would provide cake.
